This morning I spoke with Kim Rose and Jean Marie Grumet a couple of my Mastermind team members regarding lessons learned in some advanced training Kim attended.
It helped solidify some things in my mind from a promotional call I was on with Jim Bunch. First of all I had heard Jim Bunch mention -“Surround yourself with the best of the best and you’ll produce the results of the best of the best.”Jim continued by saying that your “will power” is on only when you turn it on, but environments will stick with you 24 hours a day, 7 days a weekJim discussed 9 Environments that we must take control of and design them to support our vision and mission.
The following are the Nine Environments he discusses
1. Memetic Environment
Beliefs, ideas, knowledge and concepts are examples of memetic environment.
2. Relationships Environment
Of course, family, friends, colleague and support personnel are in the “relationship environment”. We know the power of building relationships with those who push us closer to our dreams and goals.
3. Network Environment
It is simply a community that you are in. This community has rules, values and beliefs on its own. We have to be extremely selective in choosing our network.
4. Financial Environment
Most people have a great deal of stress in this environment. Financial illiteracy is commonplace in our nation.
At some point the realization hits that you have to manage your own money, insurance and investment. This is the time when highly successful people hire and surround themselves with specialists and mentors on finance. They have their own wealth team.
5. Physical Environment
Physical Environment revolves everything around you such as home, office and furnishings. Confused mind creates chaos and that’s what happens if your physical environment is not taken care of.
6. Nature Environment
Human beings require energy and we feel a powerful energy from nature when we’re close to it. I spent some time at the beach recently and there was such a difference in walking in the mall for exercise and walking on the beach.
7. Body Environment
“Health is wealth” someone once said and the body is definitely worth treating like a temple than a playground where anything goes.
8. Self Environment
Personality, personal gifts, talents and emotions belong to the self environment. You can’t see, smell or touch your self environment but you maybe able to identify them and make full use of your ultimate strengths. We are power players when it comes to tapping into our unique areas of excellence where we are anointed.
9. Spiritual Environment
It is your connection to Love from your Higher Source.

Understanding the 9 environments and how they all relate can really help you get to where you want to be. All the environment have an impact on each other. By changing one you can change them all. I encourage everyone to really work on creating great environments.

The message from Jack and Jim’s training that resonated most with me was,”If we don’t change our environment(s), we won’t
change our life”.
While it seems fairly straightforward, until you ask yourself specifically how each of your 9 environments measure up to where
you want them to be, you can’t begin to see how they can impact your life in both positive and negative ways.
These environments impact the ideas and beliefs we hold, which in turn become the mental filters through which we see the world. If we can change them for the better, our whole view of the world improves.
