It brings me great joy to be apart of helping you create all that you want, and deserve this year !

This is an awesome time to press the excelerator in your journey toward a quantum leap higher in creating the life you desire, and I’m dedicated to help you get there.

First things first, in order to get what you want and your heart’s desire, you must first decide what you want.  It seems so simple. However most people don’t take the time to stop and think about what they really want in the area of their health, wealth, relationships, etc.  As my friend Glenn Smith says, an architect needs a blueprint to create a building and a person needs a “Be-Print” to create a life.

Why not just brain storm and pick 2 things in the following areas:

1. Relationships

2. Wellness/Health

3. Financial Wealth

4. Education and Personal Growth

5. Spirituality

6. Free/Family Time

7. Making a Difference

Then turn those dreams into goals, objectives and action plans. Success is not an accident, it is always the result of focused intention, sincere effort as someone once said ”putting the peddle to the meddle”, direction, and skillful execution.

As a result, once you are clear about what you want, you must turn each item into a measurable objective. By measurable, I mean measurable in space and time — how much and by when.

For example, in the area of financial wealth, by December 31, 2008, I will be earning $15,000 a month net pre-tax passive income and explain why you want it…To be able to stay home and take care of my aging mother.

I am so excited, for instance around Thanksgiving I decided I wanted to drop 10 lbs by my birthday which was January 4th. Someone else might think that’s an odd time to decide to lose weight. However, losing that weight by my birthday was a special gift I wanted to give to myself.  Hurrah I did achieve it ! I marked that in my journal and celebrated ! I went to see the movie “The Great Debaters” with Denzel Washington. It was awesome !

What do you want — exactly — and when do you want it by and write it down. Read your list every day. This will keep your subconscious mind focused on what you want. For an even more powerful approach, close your eyes and focus on each goal and ask yourself, “What is at least one thing I could do today to move toward the achievement of this goal?” Write down your answers and take those actions.

Take time now to decide what you want, cut the television off and start writing!

 Dr. Suzanne Zoglio wrote

“The more honest you can be (with yourself and with others) about who you are and what you need to be fulfilled, the more likely you are to create a life that’s right for you.”
